Who We Are
Owner and operator Perry Waldman has lived and worked in the Tahoe area for over 10 years. He is a licensed contractor and skilled treework expert. Our mission is to deliver the best value and most professional level of service at all times. Peregrine Defensible Space specializes in reducing fire risk to residential and commercial properties by removing dry combustible vegetation. We follow all local Fire Department, TRPA, and HOA guidelines to ensure your project is completed correctly the first time. We operate in Truckee, Northlake Tahoe, Westshore to Emerald Bay, as well as in Grass Valley, Nevada City, and beyond.

From the moment you contact Peregrine Defensible Space to schedule an estimate, until the moment your project is completed, you will receive communication that is prompt, honest, and clear.
